Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on actual weight and destination zip code. All orders for the Continental USA over $50 will process automatically with FREE SHIPPING.

Customer Satisfaction
We care about the way you feel about our products and services. After all, your suggestions help us to serve you better. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your item or offer you a refund.

Returns and Refunds
Any requests for returns or claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. All exchanges and returns must be approved by ArtWax. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will even pay for the return shipping cost. Your replacement item will be shipped to you once we have received back your returns. If a refund is requested, it will be processed as soon as we receive the product back. Merchandise must be returned in its original package. Save all packing materials if breakage is involved.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 days for processing orders but often we ship your merchandise the very same day.

We use UPS Ground as our standard delivery service. Please see below the in transit map for merchandise shipped by us directly. Some items will ship from a different location and will have different transit time.

	UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software.
